The Residents
The rehabilitation center operates on a privately owned farm. The center provides rehabilitation and rescue to wildlife in need. WLC has permits to keep non-releasable wildlife for educational purposes. We would like to introduce you to a few of our permanent residents!
Farm Life
Miniature Scottish Highlander Cows
These guys may not be the most talkative on the farm, but they sure do complete the farm. If you want to sponsor the cows monthly click the donate button. You will then select "make this a re-occurring donation" with your donation amount. You can also make a one time donation. Be sure to list their name in the memo section! Donations will help with medical care, supplies, hay, and feed.

Gators, Oh my!
American Alligators:
Wimpy the Alligator,
Avatar,
Two Juvenile Gators
Don't be fooled by the name Wimpy the Gator is 8 feet long! She current relaxes in his own small pond at the farm and soaks up sunrays. Wimpy was rescued from a truck where she was going to be sold for meat.
Avatar, a five-foot gator currently has a separate enclosure and pool to himself! We are hoping to increase the enclosure size and let them sunbathe together.
Last, but not least - we have to juvenile gators that are currently enjoying their own tank until they are big enough to hang with the big guys. When alligators are as small as these guys their mother usually protects them from threatening alligators.

Nova the Wolf
Nova was rescued by WLC from a Humane Society when testing discovered her bloodline was predominately grey wolf - so much so that if WLC had not rescued her the Humane Society would have been forced to euthanize her. Nova now lives her life at the WLC farm as a permanent resident. Some of Nova's cost for care include dietary requirements, veterinary oversight, enclosure upkeep/repairs, and of course enrichment activities. In addition to monetary contributions, Nova loves receiving toys and treats! If you want to sponsor Nova monthly click the donate button on our page. Domestic Rescues
WLC has a hard time saying no to animals in need! With that being said we have rescued numerous cats and dogs and provided them with a furever home on the farm. Some of our dogs have been trained and featured in movies through Animals on Set, LLC. Since the animals get compensation through film and print opportunities this allows WLC's to continue providing rescue and rehabilitation services on the farm.. More importantly, we are a home to animals that may have been neglected or not shown the love they deserve.
